When selecting a new water heater, you should consider several factors: number of persons living in the household, number of water outlets to be supplied by the heater, sources of energy in winter/summer, type of residential unit and its floor plan, exact mounting location relative to the degree of protection agains humidity according to the international IEC-7-701 standard, estimates of thermal losses, easy limescale removal, security certificates, warranty period and repair services.
We recommend the use of mixed water (between 40 and 55 °C) and setting to energy saving mode which supplies a quantity of water equal to twice the heater volume.
The assembling parts of heaters? The basic parts are boiler and heating unit. Both are additionally equipped with two security units for regulation (thermostat and temperature fuse).
Warranty All electrical parts are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty periods for boilers, provided that the conditions specified in the warranty statement are fulfilled, are 7 years for TEG, GB, GBK, GBL and OGB models, and 3 years for GT, TG, TGR, OTG and KGV models.
